When does Debelu open at ABU?
At resumption in January 2027. Everyone on the waitlist and every founding seller applicant hears from us before then.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining the waitlist, applying and listing are free. Sellers pay a 5% service fee only when they make a sale.
When does a seller get paid?
Funds can be released after PIN handover, buyer receipt confirmation, eligible automatic completion or a dispute decision. Eligible orders can be automatically released under the waiting rules: normally three days after confirmed delivery or fourteen days after shipment, subject to open disputes and other eligibility rules. Bank withdrawal is separate and depends on account checks and holds
What will you do with my details?
We use them to contact you about Debelu at ABU: your application, the launch and the stores near you. We do not sell them or share them with sellers.
